Need to repair that old personal computer? Has your personal computer been damaged?

I encourage you to call me first for your personal computer to be repaired rather than repairing it yourself. There is more than one solution to most symptoms (ie: Blank screen - Bad bulb, bad screen, bad motherboard, bad inverter).

I perform repairs down to component level. If a part cannot be repaired, we may use a new part or a pull from a unit I purchased as a "salvage unit", in order to save you money.

Diagnostics - Only $39

I will trouble-shoot your personal computer and give you an exact cost of repair.

Estimated Rates* (Customer needs to purchase parts before Hand)
Replace Display -                         $25.00 labor + display ($50 - $500)
Broken Modem or LAN Jack -       $25.00 + parts if necessary
Replace Keyboard -                      $5 + keyboard ($15 - $35)
Defective Power Supply -             $35 + parts if necessary
Replace Motherboard -                 $50 + Mother board ($150-$450)
Replace Hard Drive -                    $50 + Hard Drive
                                                    ($45 for a 40 GB, $65 for a 60 GB)

$39 Diagnostic Fee/Minimum* (No diagnostic fee with work billed) Depending on the availability of parts and the type of repair, 4 to 9 business days are required (Rush service is available for an additional $50). Backing up files and Installing Operating System billed at $60 per hour.

*Actual cost may increase with parts, compounded damage, unforeseen problems or unknown issues.

Repairing Software (forDesktops & Notebooks)

Is your computer system freezing? Suspecting Virussus? IAre some program not working properly or at all? Getting Error messages? Need an upgrade your operating system?

$75 per hour- Min. half hour with 15 min. increments
By appointment only.

Most software issues are resolved within 1 - 2.5 hrs
Service requires 1 - 2 days.

*I do not hold any responsible for any software or data lost on my customer's hard drive. It is the customer's responsibility to make backup files at all times. After repairs are completed we dispose of all defective parts and virusses. If for any reasons you need the old part or defective part back kindly please include the request on the worksheet field. Some Services may require the customer to purchase of software if original is not available.
